Power supply only lasts 3 months
Power supply fried only after 3 months. I'm in the process of trying to get a replacement. Bulb life is supposed to be 1 year, and sleeve 2 years. Let's see.
watts is junk
i had a watts in my house installed but only after four and a half months the power supply fried and took out basically the whole thing. got a replacement and when i turned the water pressure on the inside glass tubes shattered taking out a nearby lightbulb and almost my head. this garbage is not sold with any warrenty and you cannot buy replacement parts. the company only wants to send out a guy and charge you as much for the needed replacement parts as an entire unit costs. use sterlight brand or someone who you can also order replacement parts online without getting hosed.
